I hope to substitute healthier ingredients like :

coconut oil for butter or vegetable oil, applesauce for sugar & 

flax seed and ground oats for flour.

How to make Biscotti by Jacoby

Recipe :

Video by Eli Josh Smith. Jacoby teaches us how to make biscotti. Here is what you need for a healthy version.:-1/4 cup butter; -1/3 cup sugar,-1/2 cup natural applesauce,-1 tsp. vanilla,-2 eggs,-2 cups wheat flour,-1/4 cup ground flaxseed,-1 tsp. sea salt,-3/4 tsp. baking soda,- 1 1/2 cup natural crunchy peanut butter,- mini chocolate chips,- melting chocolate.
