Here is what you need for a healthy version.:-1/4 cup butter; -1/3 cup sugar,-1/2 cup natural applesauce,-1 tsp. vanilla,-2 eggs,-2 cups wheat flour,-1/4 cup ground flaxseed,-1 tsp. sea salt,-3/4 tsp. baking soda,- 1 1/2 cup natural crunchy peanut butter,- mini chocolate chips,- melting chocolate. Best dunked in coffee or milk. Enjoy! Recipe from the Italian side of the family- Salamone favorite recipe souped up for health!
